2025 Real Estate Year in Review: Tablerock Neighborhood in Golden, CO

Golden's Tablerock neighborhood saw quite a bit of change in 2025. The year started with Tablerock's highest sales price ever at $2.05M (it backed up to N Table Mountain & you should have seen the backyard!). From there, Tablerock saw a similar trend to the rest of Colorado with many homes sitting on the market longer (average 32 days) and often having to do several price reductions. The Tablerock homes that sold quickly were priced correctly from the start and most had been updated interiors.
The average sales price for homes in Golden's Tablerock neighborhood came in at $1.63M - a 0% change from last year.

The top sales price for 2024 came in at $1.85M, This doesn't quite top the neighborhood's highest sold home of $2MM (hello Covid boom!) in 2022, but it's getting pretty darn close. It's also worth noting the consistent and significant growth over the past handful of years. Just five years ago, Tablerock's top home sales price was $990K - nearly half of 2024's $1.85M!
