Thank you clients, neighbors and friends for again voting us a neighborhood favorite in Golden's Tablerock! We always appreciate any award, but Nextdoor Favorite is particularly meaningful as it is decided by the folks that know us best. We truly appreciate you taking the time to support our local business. On that note, we encourage you to support other local businesses! We are in constant awe of our real estate agent community here in Denver. As the school year begins, we wanted to highlight one cause in particular: Food For Thought. Bob Bell, a charismatic, kind, local real estate agent, created Food for Thought in 2012 with the goal of alleviating kids' hunger - especially over the weekends - in Denver's schools. Initially, Bob and some other volunteers were able to raise enough money to supply weekend food bags to two Denver public schools. Fast forward to 2021, Food For Thought now works with 72 Denver area schools and continues to be a 100% volunteer organization.
For years now, we've niched in Golden's highly sought after Tablerock neighborhood. While it's always been a popular neighborhood, 2020 set multiple real estate records for Tablerock. The greater Denver-area saw incredibly low inventory along with a growing population last year. Combine this with Tablerock's incredibly desirable location, lot size, mountain views and so much more, it's no surprise that it was a record setting year!
Exciting news! We know how important first impressions are - especially in this digital age. We've added some great options to SELL your listing - Virtual 3D Tours, Aerial Videos, HD Professional Photography (including neighborhood & aerial photos), Floor Plans and a Gorgeous Property Website! Our decision to enhance our listings wasn't just for show. According to MLS statistics, homes with aerial photos sold 68% faster than homes with standard photos.
Congrats to Jay Feaster for receiving the 2020 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award (feature in The Denver Post's upcoming July 12 issue)!
