Style of Homes for Sale in Tablerock: The first homes in Tablerock were completed in 2004 and construction of additional homes continued the following few years. The style of homes are traditional and vary in size, with most homes ranging from 3,000-5,000 sq feet plus additional square footage in the basement. Nearly all homes have good sized backyards, especially when compared to new home communities in the area. The customizations and upgrades vary by property and builder. Many interiors of the homes have been updated by the original or subsequent homeowners.
Neighborhood Culture: The culture of the neighborhood is unsurpassed. Neighbors are incredibly welcoming and feel lucky to be in such a great community. Both HOA and individually sponsored events happen frequently, including the 4th of July Parade & Pool Party, Annual Chili cook-off, and more. The neighborhood is home to many families. Outdoor Recreation: North Table Mountain is walkable from all homes and offers some of the best mountain biking in all of Denver! Running, walking and horseback riding is also very common. Wildlife inhabits all parts of the mountain, including the herds of deer that are often seen grazing right at the start of the Tablerock trails. Many residents also take advantage of nearby Lookout Mountain, Golden Gate State Park, and more.
