HOA: The HOA for the Tablerock neighborhood manages the community pool, playground, covered outdoor community pool house, trash/recycling and landscaping of the neighborhood's vast open spaces and trails. The HOA also sponsors events throughout the year including the pool opening party, 4th of July parade, Fall Festival and more. The fees are very reasonable, especially considering all of the amenities.
Location: Just north of the picturesque North Table Mountain in North Golden, about 3 miles from Golden's historic downtown. Tablerock's entrance is off of W. 58th Ave, just east of Highway 93.
