Baker Historic District HomesStyle of Homes for Sale in Baker: Baker is known for its gorgeous historic homes, varying from Denver Squares to Queen Anne homes. In fact, it's now home to one of Denver's official historic districts, the Baker Historic District. Outside of the historic homes, you'll also find new construction homes and large condo buildings. The style and size of these homes vary, but they continue to grow in popularity as the shops and restaurants on South Broadway continue to grow as well.   

Baker Historic District:  In 2000, the City of Denver officially established the Baker Historic District.  The historic district consists of about 30 blocks and lies in the northeast section of the neighborhood. This area is also part of the National Register of Historic Places, a larger historic area that sprawls to the east of Broadway. Many of the homes in Baker were built prior to 1900. The 39 homes designed by the locally famous architect William Lang bring a unique and impressive style to area.  

Baker Condos for SaleNeighborhood Perks: South Broadway (1st and Broadway) is a huge perk to the Baker neighborhood. Classics like the Mayan Theater, the Blue Bonnet and the Hornet now share the area with fantastic new comers like Adrift Tiki Bar & Grill and The White Whale Room.
