• Cherry Creek Shopping District - Separated by the Denver Country Club, Byers is just under two miles from the shops and restaurants of the Cherry Creek Shopping District.  This area boasts a variety of high-end restaurants and shopping just a short drive or bike ride away.
• Broadway - The west boundary of the Byers neighborhood is an up-and-coming hipster area with many trendy coffee shops, retro bars and lounges, and indie hangouts like the Mayan Theater.  

Boundaries: The Byers neighborhood is enclosed by four lively Denver streets: Broadway to the East, Downing to the West, Speer Boulevard to the North, and Alameda to the South.
