Current Real Estate Statistics
Cheesman Park defines why so many people want to live urban. The homes feature Victorians and perhaps the city’s most concentrated collection of Denver Squares. Thick trees give way to lovely older condos and high rises that tower over their namesake park. Along 7th Ave Parkway, you’ll find an array of historic mansions with architectural styles, all of which are impressive. The neighborhood gets some of its energy from pockets of shops and restaurants that draw a local, loyal clientele.
