In recent years the new construction boom has been driving up home prices in what was once an affordable area. If you are interested in a new home, many builders have offerings ranging from affordable row homes to larger duplexes with rooftop decks, to fully custom single family homes.  One of our specific niches at Feaster Realty is the design and construction of these homes.  We have bought, sold or built more new construction in North West Denver than just about anyone in recent years. 

History & Culture: The community has been home to many waves of American immigrants–Italian, Irish, German and Mexican-who established the neighborhood’s still-thriving churches, businesses, restaurants and cultural events. In the middle of it all is the thriving 32nd and Lowell commercial district.

Location: The Central Platte Valley, the South Platte River and I-25 create a series of buffers between Downtown and Highlands, giving residents in Highlands the advantage of quick accessibility to Downtown via 15th Street, while the neighborhood remains very much distinct from Downtown’s core. 

Boundaries: The boundaries for Highlands are 38th Avenue to the North, 26th Avenue to the South, Sheridan to the West and Federal to the East.
