Current Real Estate Statistics
Located just NW of the City Park Golf Course, the Whittier neighborhood offers a historic feel, similar to its neighbor Five Points. Mostly consisting of single-family homes built in the early 20th century, this neighborhood was a part of the first suburb movement, along with Curtis Park and Capitol Hill. Recently, the area has seen a significant appreciation in home values and a noticeable reinvestment in the existing homes. Convenient access to Downtown, City Park and I-70 is a huge draw.
