After moving to Denver full time in 2005, Jay quickly found his passion for real estate. Since then, Jay has gained the reputation from clients and fellow real estate agents as someone who really knows the ins and outs of the greater Denver area. His in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods, the inventory, contracts, and home construction quality are unparalleled. His attention to detail and keen negotiation skills are essential in today's competitive Denver housing market.

Jess has loved living in Colorado for over 20 years. She currently lives in Golden, CO, a breathtaking town situated at the foothills of Denver, but has lived throughout the city, making her uniquely qualified to help clients find the home & location that works best for them. Jess & Jay, also own and property manage several long-term rental homes and a commercial building. Jess is also the Superhost of their 5-Star Airbnb, Tanglewood Lodge, in the Rocky Mountains of Silverthorne, Colorado.
A true Colorado enthusiast, Jess spends her free time mountain biking on North Table Mountain, whitewater rafting with Jay, and their twin sons, or unwinding at a locally-owned brewery. She also channels her creativity as a local artist, with her work showcased both locally and online.

Sarah joined the Feaster Realty team in 2019 after realizing that all of her time spent scrolling real estate sites could actually become a career! Sarah moved to Colorado in 2016 with her family; husband, three children, and two dogs – talk about multi-tasking! In her free time, she loves hiking and biking with her family or conquering 14ers with her friends.
