Jess personally property manages several long-term rental homes and is a Superhost of their 5-Star Airbnb in Silverthorne, Colorado.
Before entering real estate, Jess built her career in marketing and advertising, working with some of the country’s most recognizable brands. That background has become a powerful advantage for her clients. From designing compelling sales collateral to identifying and targeting the most qualified buyers, Jess approaches every listing with a marketer’s mindset. She believes buyers don’t just purchase homes—they invest in a lifestyle, and exceptional marketing makes all the difference.
A true Colorado enthusiast, Jess spends her free time mountain biking on North Table Mountain, whitewater rafting with Jay and their twin sons, or unwinding at a locally owned brewery. She also channels her creativity as a local artist, with work showcased both locally and online (@jessfeasterart).
