About the Awards:
Five Star Real Estate Award: Every year, Five Star Professional recognizes a select group of real estate professionals for Denver and other U.S. major cities. Real Estate agents are nominated by clients and awarded based on an in-depth research process conducted by Five Star Professional. Thousands of consumers are contacted to rate their real estate agent and only the top 5% receive the award. There are 10 criteria including customer service, market knowledge, negotiation and overall satisfaction. The Five Star Real Estate Awards program is the largest and most widely published awards program in North America.
5280 Top Producer Award: 5280 Magazine have four categories: individual agents, teams of two agents, teams of three to five agents, and teams of six to 15 agents. Within each category, the magazine has two tiers: black diamond and double black diamond, which signify different levels of sales volumes.
