Our very own Jay Feaster was recently on HGTV House Hunters Renovations!  The episode, "Renovating for a Reception", shares the story of our clients, Adam & Jessica, as they move from California to Colorado and search for a home.  After seeing a bunch of houses (Spoiler Alert: It was more than 3!), Adam & Jessica ultimately purchased & renovated an amazing home in Golden, CO.  They were pretty excited about their purchase (here's proof).

Our Rental Property Reno - Before & After

All of us at Feaster Realty truly believe in real estate as a solid investment, for ourselves as well as our clients!  Jay & I recently finished renovating a home in Arvada with the intention of keeping it at least until we retire, if not forever to pass along to our kids.  Upfront, we had a fairly narrow search criteria (single family, 3-5 beds, 2+ baths, decent schools, quiet neighborhood, south Arvada, etc).  After seeing quite a few options, we really liked the potential of this home.  We purchased a 1972 home from the original owners who kept just about everything the same with the exception of a few key elements like the roof.  [Side note: I wish I would have taken a photo of that teal bath tub!]  We briefly considered throwing in renters ASAP to…
