2024: Another Solid Year for Golden's Tablerock Neighborhood

2024 marked another interesting year in real estate for Golden's Tablerock neighborhood. The top sales price for 2024 came in at $1.85M, This doesn't quite top the neighborhood's highest sold home of $2MM (hello Covid boom!) in 2022, but it's getting pretty darn close. It's also worth noting the consistent and significant growth over the past handful of years. Just five years ago, Tablerock's top home sales price was $990K - nearly half of 2024's $1.85M!
The average sales price for homes in Golden's Tablerock neighborhood came in at $1.63M - again, another big jump from five years ago.
The state of Colorado saw a huge appreciation in home values during and right after Covid, particularly in highly sought after neighborhoods like Tablerock. …
