All of us at Feaster Realty truly believe in real estate as a solid investment, for ourselves as well as our clients! Jay & I recently finished renovating a home in Arvada with the intention of keeping it at least until we retire, if not forever to pass along to our kids. Upfront, we had a fairly narrow search criteria (single family, 3-5 beds, 2+ baths, decent schools, quiet neighborhood, south Arvada, etc). After seeing quite a few options, we really liked the potential of this home. We purchased a 1972 home from the original owners who kept just about everything the same with the exception of a few key elements like the roof.
